Where is Live Tracking available?
Live Tracking is now available at 33 GLS branches across Poland and we are constantly expanding its reach!
We currently offer the service in the following locations:
Częstochowa, Gorzów Wlkp., Gryfice, Jaworzno, Jelenia Góra, Kalisz, Koszalin, Krosno, Legnica, Leszno, Łódź, Nowy Sącz, Ogrodzieniec, Olsztyn, Opole, Piła, Płock, Poznań, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Tarnobrzeg, Tarnów, Zielona Góra.

Is there a fee for the Live Tracking service?
No, the Live Tracking service at GLS Poland is completely free of charge.
We care about our customers’ comfort , we provide real-time parcel tracking - so you always know where your parcel is and when to expect it.
It's our way of delivering not only parcels, but also peace of mind and confidence.
When exactly will I be able to track the courier on the map?
On the day of delivery, as soon as the courier sets off, the recipient receives an email with a Live Tracking link.
From that point onwards, the expected delivery timeframe is visible and updates continuously.
The courier's position on the map becomes available when there are 20 stops or less to destination point.
This allows you to prepare in advance to pick up your parcel - with no surprises and full control over your time.
Do I need to install an app to use the service?
No, app installation is not required.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a tracking link directly to your email address - with just one click, you can track your parcel in real time, with no need to log in or download an app.
How accurate is the information provided?
Live Tracking uses a dynamic delivery time window that is updated in real time - taking into account traffic jams, delays or route changes, among other things.
As a result, the estimated time of delivery can be given with precision up to 15 minutes before the courier arrives.
This means greater convenience and less uncertainty when receiving the parcel.
